(1) For carbide parts with hardness less than HRA90, choose BNK30 material CBN tools for large margin turning, and the tools will not be broken or burned. Carbide parts with a hardness greater than HRA90 are generally ground using CDW025 PCD tools or resin-bonded diamond grinding wheels.

(2) When machining precision parts of cemented carbide for grooves above R3, for those with large machining allowances, BNK30 material CBN tools are generally used for rough machining first and then ground with grinding wheels. For small machining allowances, you can grind directly with a grinding wheel, or use PCD tools for profiling.

(3) When processing the crescent groove ribs of cemented carbide rollers, CDW025 diamond engraving and milling cutters (also known as flying cutters and rotary milling cutters) are used.
